Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Muffin Studio when you use our website or one of our apps. We have kept them short and in plain English.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. Who you are agreeing with

This website, muffinstudio.co, and all mobile applications published under the name Muffin Studio are operated by Individual Entrepreneur Rustam Alibekov, an Individual Entrepreneur (ინდივიდუალური მეწარმე) registered in Georgia on 28 March 2025 under identification number 304766386 with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, Ministry of Justice of Georgia, and having its registered address at Nino and Ilia Nakashidze Street N1, Building N3, Flat N3, Krtsanisi District, Tbilisi, Georgia.

In these terms, "Muffin Studio", "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity. "You" means you, the person using our website, our apps or our services. "Services" means our website, our mobile applications, and anything you buy from us.

By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.

2. What we sell

We sell licences to use the premium features of our mobile applications. These are digital products. There is no physical item and nothing will be shipped to you.

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the relevant app and its premium features on devices you own or control, for as long as your subscription is active.

We remain the owner of the software. Buying a licence does not transfer any intellectual property to you.

3. Payments, and who takes them

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

This means that when you buy from our website, your contract of sale for that purchase is with Paddle, acting as an authorised reseller of our products. Paddle will appear on your bank or card statement, will issue your invoice, and will collect and remit any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Paddle's own Buyer Terms apply to that transaction alongside these terms.

If instead you buy a subscription inside one of our apps through Apple's In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, that transaction is between you and Apple or Google. Their terms and their refund policies apply, and only they can cancel or refund it.

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise, and exclude tax unless stated otherwise. Current prices are on our Pricing page. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a subscription you have already paid for. If we change the price of a renewing subscription, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect and you will be free to cancel.

4. Subscriptions and renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds are covered in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at support@muffinstudio.co if you think someone else has access to it.

You can delete your account at any time – from inside the app, or by using our account deletion page. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription; see section 4.

6. What you may not do

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • break any law, or use the Services for anything unlawful;
  • copy, sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute our software or your licence;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our software, except where the law expressly permits it;
  • bypass or interfere with any licensing, security or rate-limiting mechanism;
  • use automated systems to access the Services in a way that disrupts them or places an unreasonable load on them;
  • upload content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to use;
  • use our services to generate content that harasses, deceives or impersonates another person;
  • use the Services to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

7. Content you create

Anything you create, upload or store using our apps stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us only the narrow, temporary licence we need to operate the service for you – for example, to transmit your content to a third-party AI provider so a feature can process it, to store it so it syncs across your devices, and to display it back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

8. Artificial intelligence features

Some of our features use artificial intelligence, including models operated by third parties. Please understand that:

  • AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased or nonsensical, even when it looks confident;
  • you should check anything important before relying on it;
  • AI output is not professional advice – not medical, legal, financial or safety advice;
  • to deliver a feature we may send your input to a third-party AI provider, which processes it under its own terms. We name our providers in our Privacy Policy;
  • we cannot guarantee that the same input will produce the same output twice.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services running, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services.

If we retire an app entirely, we will give reasonable notice by email and in the app, and we will refund the unused portion of any active subscription.

10. Age

You must be at least 16 years old – or the minimum age for consenting to data processing in your country, if that is higher – to create an account or buy from us. If you are under 18, you may only make a purchase with the permission of a parent or guardian.

11. Warranties and liability

We provide the Services "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity.

None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law – including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for the statutory rights of consumers. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local consumer protection law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

Consumer rights that override the paragraphs above

The "as is" wording above is the default position where the law allows it. In several countries it does not, and there the following applies instead.

  • European Union and European Economic Area. Under the Digital Content Directive you have a statutory guarantee that what you bought conforms to what we described. If it does not, you can require us to bring it into conformity and, if we cannot, to reduce the price or end the contract and refund you. This applies alongside our own refund policy, not instead of it.
  • United Kingdom. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, with a right to repair, replacement or a price reduction if it is not.
  • Australia. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.
  • Canada, Japan, Switzerland and elsewhere. Where your local law gives you a mandatory consumer right we cannot contract out of, that right wins over anything in this section.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give notice on this website and, where we have your email address and the change affects you, by email – at least 30 days before it takes effect for existing subscribers. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, cancel and stop using the Services.

The date at the top of this page is always the date of the current version.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not take away the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Japan or any other country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live and to be protected by your own consumer law, you keep that right in full.

Before starting proceedings, please email us at support@muffinstudio.co.

14. General

  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if we reorganise or sell the business, without reducing your rights.
  • These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
